We are looking for dynamic, energetic Multi-Sport and Martial Arts coaches to join our growing family here in Phoenix. What You’ll Do:
- Lead exciting, themed classes that bring out the best in kids, while teaching them valuable sports and fitness skills.
- Follow a structured curriculum (but make it your own with fun!).
- Ensure kids have a blast while learning through our programs like JumpBunch, Amazing Athletes, Little Rookies, Super Soccer Stars, Karate Zoo and KZ Martial Arts.
- Be a role model – create a safe and fun environment where kids feel motivated to participate and improve.
- Prep your classes in advance by reviewing lesson plans and come ready to make every session engaging and exciting!
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for kids and sports – you’re energetic, creative, and excited to lead kids through fun, active classes!
- Experience in sports, coaching, or martial arts is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you!
- You love being part of a team and are always striving to improve as a coach.
- Organizational skills – keep equipment tidy, be on time and always stay prepared!
- Flexibility – able to work afternoon shifts and communicate effectively.

The largest multi-sport enrichment programs in the country, designed for children ages 1-12 years old to have fun through positive movement experiences, with a focus on meeting their motor-development milestones. Karate Zoo is for ages 3-6. It is inspired by the traditions & practices of martial arts and is designed to benefit a child’s physical, social & emotional development while building confidence & teaching practical life lessons. Take part in camps, private groups, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
In Little Rookies, we go beyond the game to instill a love for baseball in young players. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals in an all-inclusive and encouraging atmosphere. Programs include Parent & Me (ages 2-3), Minors (ages 3-5) and Majors (ages 6-10). Take part in classes, camps, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
Soccer Stars' crib-to-college player pathway includes a Parent & Me pre-soccer movement program starting at 12 months, the original FUN with FUNdamentals Super Soccer Stars program, and an advanced development and competitive play program with Soccer Stars United, up to U18. Take part in classes, camps, private groups, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, team training, and more!
